I've held full commercial responsibility across a multi-site £10m turnover hospitality business, led food and beverage cost control within an 800-bedroom conference hotel environment, and most recently led internal audit across a 30+ site pub estate — focusing on stock control, cost of sales integrity, and operational discipline. That breadth means I understand how profit is created, where it is lost, and how to fix it in real operating environments.
