Most recently, I led internal audit across a 30+ site pub estate, focusing on stock control, cost of sales integrity, and operational discipline. My work centred on uncovering margin leakage, strengthening financial control, and improving consistency across the estate.
My background combines operational leadership with financial oversight. I’ve led food and beverage cost control within a 800-bedroom conference hotel environment and held full commercial responsibility across a multi-site £10m turnover hospitality business, delivering strong EBITDA performance in high-volume operations.
